PAYMENTS
- A 50% deposit will serve as conformation of any bespoke order, the balance is due before the item is shipped.
- Prices are subject to availability and change.
- South African customers have the option to pay via EFT.
- International customers are advised to pay via PayPal or via International bank transfer.
- Please note that the goods will only be released for shipment once the payment reflects in the Topiary & Ashe account.
CONVERSION RATES & FEES
- The exact price charged to international clients will be subject to the daily exchange rate.
- Topiary & Ashe will not be liable for any customs / import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements of the recipient’s country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements of your country before placing an order.
